  • Listen to your favorite music. Create a playlist of happy songs. Stick to songs that uplift your mood.
  • Learn to sing or play an instrument. When we engage in learning a new skill, our brain rewards us for every new thing we learn.
  • Go to a music concert or Live gig at a Restaurant.Treat yourself to an experience that brings your senses alive. 
  • Try Karaoke. It doesn’t matter how in tune you are. Just being able to hold the mic and expressing yourself musically will make you feel excited and happier.
  • Join a band with friends who play music. If you are not yet Band material, hangout at practice sessions and help with setting up equipment setting and running errands for a bit. Seeing how music is made is just as inspiring as performing.
